Latino Review spoke with Jamie Foxx while he was doing press for his forthcoming release, Ray. The site asked Foxx about the rumors that he'll be playing Detective Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs in Universal's Miami Vice feature film.
"Yeah man, it's happening," Foxx confirmed.

I am soo sick of Hollywood and their re-makes of everything under the sun. Why can't they create something from scratch anymore? There are tons of talented writers out there.
