WOW! Good for him. I've seen "before" shots that were much worse, by the way. The longer hair and the much larger gut .... I hope he keeps it up.

I saw him in a magazine recently and couldn't believe how much better he looks. Hope he stays with it.

I was in Thailand a couple of months ago and I look up at the local TV and guess who's in the ring taking on a 40+ yr old retired Thai kickboxing champ? None other than Jack with Mum & Da proudly sitting ringside. He actually wasn't bad and won on points. Well done Jack
