Sharon Osbourne, who has already splashed out hundreds of thousands of dollars in cosmetic surgery, is opening up her wallet yet again for another boob job.

Sharon, 52, first had a breast reduction 20 years ago. In July, she had a boob job to give her a 34DD chest. Now she's planning another op to make them smaller again - even though her husband Ozzy loves them.
