What's going on between Tsunami-surviving supermodel Petra Nemcova and hunky British balladeer James Blunt?

At a photo shoot last week for Rampage in New York, Nemcova would play only the "You're Beautiful" singer's CD and sang along to all of the songs. One source says that when asked about Blunt, Nemcova said, "Oh, I know him very well," and "kept smiling and giggling like a proud girlfriend." Nemcova is said to have met Blunt last December at a fund-raiser for Happy Hearts, her tsunami-relief charity, and was recently spotted backstage at his show at the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, Calif.
