Sources say the "Basic Instinct" star became the proud mom of newborn Quinn Stone this month. "He's absolutely adorable and the apple of his mommy's eye. Sharon is tickled blue," said one pal. Quinn joins two brothers, Roan, 6, and Laird.

please explain to me how any agency would allow this narcissistic **tch to adopt another child? their therapy bills are going to be outrageous.

I can sum it up in one word: Money. Doesn't it take normal non-celeb couples months and months sometimes years to even be considered?

It depends on what "type" of child you are willing to take and I would have to guess that Sharon chose the mother of her child and paid all her expenses - plus some. Celebs don't go through regular adoption channels.
