The mutual hatred of Tori Spelling and her mother, Candy, is making it impossible to honor the memory of the family's patriarch, TV producer Aaron Spelling.
Candy not only had Tori cut out of her father's will - sources close to Tori now claim Candy has put the kibosh on an ABC special honoring Aaron because Tori was going to host the project. That follows a re port that Candy had Tori disinvited from this month's Emmy Awards, where Aaron will also receive a tribute.
Meanwhile, Tori's brother, Randy, is said to be working on a biopic about his father's life - which does not involve Tori. Kevin Sasaki, a rep for Candy and Randy, said, "I don't know about [the biopic project]. But as for the special, Candy just felt the timing was not right for the ABC special because the Emmy Awards are doing a big tribute, and it was all too close together. It has nothing to do with Tori hosting the ABC special . . . And she is not having Tori disinvited from the Emmys. She has no power over the invitations . . . She's disheartened by all of these stories."
