Some of my faves: The Apartment, Animal House, Caddyshack, Best in Show, Vacaction, and Wedding Crashers.
Umm, Austin Powers and Zoolander made the list? Both had funny moments...but funniest of all-time? I don't think so. And I'm sorry, but where the hell is Tootsie?

Okay, 40 y.o. Virgin did NOT belong, Old School probably did. I am with you on Zoolander---funny, just not THAT funny.
Glad to see Big Lebowski getting the love it deserves. My favorite movie of all time.

Much credit for digging deeper than most lists here, but some selections baffle me. I never thought Private Benjamin was all that funny. It wasn't a bad movie, but one of the best comedies? Not sure about that.
Props to them for giving much love to Mel Brooks, though.

I shouldn't admit this but I think the following movies are some of the funniest EVER: The New Guy, Grumpy Old Men, Raising Arizona.
