Kelly Cutrone, the fashion czar on "The City" who also appears on MTV's "The Hills," is branching out. Cutrone inked an eight-episode deal with Bravo for a reality show based on her fashion p.r. company, People's Revolution. Magical Elves, the outfit behind mega- hits "Top Chef" and "Project Runway," will produce. Neither Cutrone nor Bravo would comment, though a source close to the production tells us the show will center around "strong women in the workplace."

I'd go work for her. She's a hard core, but tells it like it is.
