Things are sure looking up for Ashlee Simpson.
West Coast spies say she's selling her Encino home to move in with boyfriend Braxton Olita.
She ought to be able to afford some flashy new digs. It will soon be announced that the 21-year-old will front the campaign for Victoria's Secret's new line, Pink. She beat out finalist Kelly Clarkson to become the face of the new line of younger, "cuter" lingerie.

Kelly Clarkson? She isn't that pretty and she has a HUGE butt. I don't think it would be a good fit for VS.

kelly clarkson...love the voice, but her face and body are ugly. she would be the last person I would want to see representing PINK.

What's wrong with having a big butt? And Kelly Clarkson is definitely not ugly. I like Ashlee Simpson a lot but it's not like her body is looking that great these days anyway.
