Retirement? What retirement?

Sources close to Barbra Streisand say the singer, who has retired more than once, is going to "tour" in England. One source said: "Barbra is looking into doing a concert in London and may go on the road in England. But nothing is finalized." Another insider added, "She's never done England and has said she wants to now."
