Cameron Diaz has had some work done. She was so impressed with the changes to Ashlee Simpson's nose, Diaz decided to trust Simpson's doctor with her own schnozz.

Cameron Diaz has had some work done. She was so impressed with the changes to Ashlee Simpson's nose, Diaz decided to trust Simpson's doctor with her own schnozz.
Diaz has had a slight bump on her nose since a surfing accident last year and wanted to correct it - and sources say she recently did just that.
