The illegitimate daughter of Gavin Rossdale speaks out for the first time about her rocker father and Gwen Stefani in the September issue of W magazine, on stands tomorrow.

Daisy Lowe, 17, was raised by her mom, fashion designer Pearl Lowe, and Pearl's longtime boyfriend, Supergrass drummer, Danny Goffey. Lowe, who thought Goffey was her dad until she was 15 (as did her mother) - tells W what she went through when it was revealed her real father was the former frontman for Bush.

"It was a really weird time in my life," says Lowe. "I stopped going out and just sort of hid from it a lot. The press - they were absolutely horrible, just wankers." Rossdale, who was Daisy's godfather before he was identified as her father, hasn't become very close to his daughter. He and Lowe exchange e-mails occasionally. Lowe still considers Goffey her "dad." She told W, "I definitely don't call Gwen 'Stepmum.' "
