What a putz. Those seemingly recurrent race riots (I think they are on 4 or 5 year cycles) really put most cities to shame. The only thing vibrant about most of Cincinatti's downtown is the drug scene.

who cares? Cincinnati has a city-manager form of government...the mayor is strictly a ceremonial position

for the record, ren, cincinnati has had ONE so called "race riot" about 4 years ago. hadn't had one for decades and hasn't had one since.
