I saw "Something's Gotta Give" last night. It was a pretty cute movie, although I think they could have made it about 20 minutes shorter. Diane Keaton is very deserving of her GG nomination.

One of my favorite bits of dialogue from the movie:

(As they are about to have sex)
Jack: Do you have protection?

Diane: Menopause.

Jack: Who's the lucky boy? (With the typical Jack-style sheepish grin).

I'd recommend it, although you could probably wait until it comes out on video.
