Nick Lachey is looking to move on from his broken marriage to Jessica Simpson by buying up property in his native Ohio.
The singer bought a $300,000 Cincinnati house with his father, John, just before Christmas, according to American magazine In Touch. Father and son plan to spend time renovating the home.

That same home in the Hollywood Hills would probably have been about $3.5million. I'm sure he's diggin' the cost of living difference!
