In the report, Parker is referred to as "AP," which stands for "Arrested Person." Longoria is referred to as "FC," or "Field Contact." Through a publicist, Longoria later denied saying such nasty stuff. Parker was cited for impeding traffic and failing to present a valid Texas drivers license.

Eva is now planning to file charges against the Texas traffic cop who cited her and boyfriend Tony Parker. The actress claims the police officer acted badly when he pulled her and Parker over for impeding traffic in her home state. The cop is currently under investigation for misconduct. The officer left Longoria outraged when he accused her of making derogatory racial comments about him.
