Everyone (including myself) was pretty hard on Kevin Federline for smoking all the time around then-pregnant Britney. However, let's keep the flack consistent. It doesn't appear that BennyPoo has much respect for Jen in that regard either. Case in point:

Hey now, he could have been smoking outside waiting for her, and she JUST walked up as the photo was snagged, right as he was ready to toss the cig. This is why the paparazzi bites. Photos always make something out of nothing, or make us assume things .....

Ok Iceman...that could have happened BUT I used to smoke and I can assure you that if she walked up to him that closely as he was still puffing...she inhaled a little secondhand. The amazing thing is that all of us born in the '60s or before, were probably smoking (and drinking) in the womb. Of course, that could explain our high cancer rates.
