Ex-Creed frontman Scott Stapp created a ruckus on the set of Spike TV's "Casino Cinema" this week.

Stapp, who's promoting his new solo album, "The Great Divide," showed up "drunk," according to witnesses, and "was totally wild on set — cursing and giving the finger and dissing Bono and Dave Grohl."

The uproar was caught on camera and airs next Tuesday, including Stapp calling fellow guest Beth Ostrosky, Howard Stern's lissome girlfriend, a "bimbo." "Beth and Steve Schirripa were the total professionals, though, and made the best of the situation to get the filming done," the insider added.
