At Tuesday night's Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party, rivals Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff divided guests into two factions on opposite sides of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel pool, then exchanged ominous glares all night long.

"Lindsay came to the event to support her sister Aliana, who was featured in the Young Hollywood issue," said Lohan's rep. Duff's rep scoffed: "Hilary and her sister, Haylie, got there at 9 p.m. and stayed 40 minutes. They didn't even see Lindsay."

On Lohan's side: Kirsten Dunst, the incredible shrinking Nicole Richie, and Richie's fiancé, DJ AM. On Team Duff: Kimberly Stewart, Duff's boyfriend, Joel Madden, Haylie Duff, Lohan's ex Wilmer Valderrama, Greek shipping heir (and Mary-Kate Olsen boy toy) Stavros Niarchos and the "Laguna Beach" kids.

An eyewitness reports: "There was a lot of tension, a lot of evil looks. Nobody went into the other's territory." Says an insider: "Lindsay called Hilary and was like, 'Enough?' And Hilary just said, 'No f-ing way,' and hung up on her. Hilary's a wolf in sheep's clothing, so Linds is done."
