Krista Allen wasn't invited to ex-boyfriend George Clooney's 45th birthday at the Green Valley Ranch outside Las Vegas last weekend - but she headed to Sin City anyway and got lucky.

Krista Allen wasn't invited to ex-boyfriend George Clooney's 45th birthday at the Green Valley Ranch outside Las Vegas last weekend - but she headed to Sin City anyway and got lucky.
Allen, who has also been linked to David Spade, was spotted smooching with "Entourage" babe magnet Jeremy Piven at the "Fantasy Suite Block Party" that Palms Casino owner George Maloof threw to mark the opening of his ultra-exclusive suites that feature bowling lanes, basketball courts and stripper poles.
