One of Johnny Depp's next big projects will have the famous actor reprising a role he gained acclaim for in the 1998 hit Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
According to Daily Variety, Depp will once again play journalist Hunter S. Thompson in an upcoming movie called The Rum Diary. Based on Thompson's very first novel, which journals his career and personal escapades in 1950s Puerto Rico.

I just don't understand this guy. He is such a hottie in most of his movies....why must he look like a freak in real life??

He lives in France with a French girl and he looks like a Frenchman--from about 100 years ago. Maybe he's just a Francophile.
