Look out Cameron Diaz, fashion designer Valentino has been spreading his claws.

According to the Italian style expert the actress and her My Best Friend's Wedding co-star Julia Roberts are nothing short of "bag ladies". It seems the designer is missing the glamorous old days of cinema, when stars of the silver screen looked stunning every minute of every day. And to prove his point, Valentino has singled out Julia and Cameron for a dressing down.

"Today you see Julia Roberts and Cameron Diaz running around looking unkempt in jogging trousers," the catwalk guru told German magazine Die Zeit. "They look like bag ladies, like homeless people. In the past you never saw that. "In the past, actresses had to commit in their contracts to appear in public like stars when they left their homes.
